Dimorestudio: Dior Doha Vendôme Salon

Milan-based Dimorestudio designs the interiors for Dior’s private lounge, part of the brand’s new womenswear boutique in Doha’s Place Vendôme mall.

The Dior Doha Vendôme Salon Vic, as the brand has named it, is a beautiful retail space spread across 233 square metres, which can be reserved by appointment. The studio refers to the fashion house’s DNA through cues such as gold leaf in the furniture and fixture detailing, a reinvented Toile de Jouy pattern used in aspects of the wallcoverings and upholstery, and impressive original artwork by Claire Basler, contributing to the interiors’ floral theme. Spread across three rooms—the main salon, a fine jewellery area, and a made-to-order space—stunning baroque details provide vignettes for ready-to-wear dresses and leather handbags.
